(That's pronounced Lif-ShAy in case you were wondering).
I'm a self-taught natural light photographer who loves taking people pictures. I love the eyes and the lines on your face. They tell me a story. They show me the beautiful and sometimes exhausting life we lead. They show me youth and knowledge and strength.
I spent the first part of my career as an award winning actor. From Broadway to regional theaters across the country, I am privileged to have worked with some of the finest directors and choreographers on the planet.
In 2002, I retired from acting and started a new career as Mom. My daughters beautiful face (and a DSLR-aka "fancy camera") changed my life. She, along with my two dogs, became my muse and the photography bug took hold.
In 2016, after stints in New York and then Los Angeles, we moved to Atlanta. My birthplace. My life is a lot different now. I have a teenage daughter, a mortgage, two dogs and a new journey.
